IEMs compatible with HF3 sleeves

My second pair o HF3s has gone faulty (faint sound unless the lead is positioned just so) and I don't want to be Etymotic's customer anymore. Unfortunately, I have custom ACS sleeves that only fit the HF and ER models.
 
Also, are HF3s known to be unreliable?
