I'm looking for some In-Ear earphones that contain the following:
 

1. Good Sound Quality (Better than the Klipsch S4 and Beats Tours)
2. Flat Cable
3. L-Shaped Plug
4. Possibly Volume Control
5. Maybe some stylish feature

 
Please suggest them even if they don't have all of the things I listed.

TDK BA100--good SQ, cheap (there's one on FS forum for $50 I think), with a flat cable (can't think of any besides Beats Tour). That said, the plug is not L-shaped...

True, the BA100 is pretty good, but it doesn't have L shaped plug. 

Similarly, you can try the A-jays four, fits all your requests quite well.

It's only a fraction of the Beats Tour price and about the same price as the Klipsch S4, I wouldn't say it's exactly better, but in some ways are better and some people will find them better.
