Hello everyone,
after reading long and hard (and yeah, after using the search function) I decided to get the RE2s. Of course, initially I was overwhelmed; over the course of time, however, it seems they leave me wanting. The bass is lacking and, overall, they are not very "fun" sounding. In fact, they made me see what "fun sounding" phones are. With the RE2s, I feel like I'm compelled to bored listening; the music doesn't grip me. So here's my question: are there any IEMs that could give me a spacious, "fun"ny, and differentiated - yet integrated - sound like the AKG K500 does? Admittedly, the K500 are not exactly "fun"ny sounding like, e.g. Grados; but then I'm German.
My pricepoint is below 150 USD, if it's more, it'd still be good to know. Oh, one more thing: it would be great if your recommended IEM could be worn over the head AND in the regular fashion.
Thx,
Thomas
