Hey all, first time poster & noob here. I'm ready to upgrade from my UE 900 to customs. Favourite genres are: pop, hiphop, R&B, and vocal. I'm actually quite fond of the sound of the UE pair, but I find the memory cable slightly uncomfortable to wear.
I'm eager to find out the kinds of sound the pricier IEMs offer. I currently use an iPhone 5s and got ~1500USD to spare.
Edit: Looking for the one that keeps me away from wanting to buy new earphones for a LONG time
