I use the Pelican case rip-off from Harbor Freight (goes on sale for half off frequently) and put stackable tupperwares I found at the store inside of it for IEM / Earbuds / Parts / Tips / etc storage.
Get a sheet of sticker labels too it makes life easier if you have a lot of stuff.
On the go & travel I use the hard case in baskingshark's post & another hardcase that's more a pelican case ripoff except really small that I found on Ali. Listing is dead but I remember a bunch of stores were selling it. The KZ one has better hinges & will last longer, the Pelican knockoff has better shock/drop resistance.
I only take 1-2 IEM at a time.
And considering the cost of my IEMs I keep then in a certain zipped pocket of my backpack I really see no need for anything beyond a jewelry bag. Why spend money on something so non-essential?
