Hi all,

I have been trying to find some replacements for my RHA MA750i IEMs.
They have been great to be for a long long time (I had 2 pairs) but they have gone missing.

The issue I am facing is that I need my IEMs to have the following features and it seems there are less and less of them being made all the time.

- IEM
- Ear loop required
- Not for exercise
- Sound quality important
- 3.5mm jack
- Wired with mic
- Up to $200 AUD so lets say $150 USD but open to suggestions.

Basically I want some IEMs that have good quality which I dont need to charge (hence the wired).
They will be used for quick use listening to music and in bed so my partner can sleep.
Also used for meetings. I like the ear loop because my ears are smallish and in meetings I often like to have one completely in and then have the other one loose so that I can still hear my surroundings (the front door, the dog, etc).

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it!

What kind of music do you listen too mostly? What do you plan to run it off of? Phone? How much bass do you want? Any treble sensitivities?

Take a look at the Penon Fan. https://www.head-fi.org/threads/penon-audio-thread-post-your-impressions-here.934523/post-16106441. It has a low introductory sale price right now.

I have the Thieaudio Legacy 4 IEMs and honestly, they sound remarkable for the price. They have the 3 way cross over included which helps tailor them to you and I absolutely love them. I have Campfire audio andromedas as well and they really do give them a run for their money in terms of performance-per-dollar. https://www.linsoul.com/collections/headphones-iems/products/thieaudio-legacy-4

Another one no one really mentions is the LZ A6 mini (https://penonaudio.com/lz-a6mini.html). These are piezoelectric drivers so not to everyones taste but they also can sound epic

I listen to quite a range. Stoner rock probably the most common but also some minimal techno and classic rock. No sensitivities really no.
It would be running off phone/ipad, apologies - I forgot to include that!

Given that I am only looking to spend 100-200 max, I would think that what I choose needs to come with a cable with mic instead of purchasing seperately as then ill blow my budget.

Appreciate the help!

- I seriously would look into the Penon Fan, as it seems to be a well balanced IEM, currently available for 1/2 price ($69). It looks beautiful too.

Others to consider:
- iBasso IT00
- Shozy Form 1.1
- Tripowin TC-01
- Tin HiFi T2 Plus

Buying an aftermarket cable with mic is cheap, so I wouldn’t worry about it.
