I like Timeless but couldn't get on with the S12's, after initially sounding good I could hear 'glare' which I don't with my EDP Ace or Timeless. Haven't heard the pro version.

The reviews I have seen or read of the S12 doesn't sound like a good fit for me (midrange and treble focus)

Have you considered Szalayi's? They're quite popular and can be often bought for under $800 (like new) from Music Teck.
