Hi I wanna upgrade my iems and I have sony mdr-ex90lp( I am not sure anyone has these here). Do you have any suggestions? Any sennheiser better than ex90lp? (except ie7-ie8) Actually my upgrade reason is that I am using these with my zen x-fi which has weak bass response. Therefore I am looking for iems having lots of bass. Or do you think I should wait for a while because I didn't really use these headphones for enough time. Basses get better if burn in is applied? One more question: Does it make a significant change if zen x-fi is used with a iem having lots of bass?

if its just the bass you could always try a FiiO on bass boost?
Yes you are right but which one should I choose? E5 or E3? I wanna increase bass and not lose the quality of treble and mids.
Ok then thanks

The Sony's already are very bass heavy! Be careful when you will be chosing a new pair of iem, because many do not even match the bass quantity (quality is not difficult to beat) of the Sony.
Bass quality is great but quantity ise not enough yet. It will get better soon (I hope)

Keep the EX90 and look for my modding thread on this website.
I have seen that modding thread but I don't know how to open the headphones and I don't wanna break them
