Hello

I have a custom made iem.

When my head is faced left: the sound is longer in sustain, more detailed and the bass is enhanced.

Can reasons and solutions please be given.

Probably you have some fit issues. For IEMs the size/fit of the tip can determine the bass you are hearing.

he means customs.. So not a tip problem anymore. Probably need to send in for a refit.
