How do you guys clean you IEM so that the ear wax doesnt go in further? And damage the IEM, cause I was having a big problem doing this with th small cleaning tip, and is it very time consumming?

Clean your ears at least twice a day. Prevention is better than cure.

For the cleaning of IEM, I usually use the tools come with the IEM (I use Westone). There are also tips that have a film inside the hole that prevents the ear wax from getting into the IEM.

The Etymotic line come standard with wax guard filters. Have a look.

Comply Foam also make a wax guard tip.
