will open headphones at this price range will be better? will they give me better results?
IE8 / WESTONE 3 / SE530 / T.fi 10 for calssical music?

in a quiet environment i would say yes. the low end of things arnt going to have that impact they have on IEM's but the soundstage will be very nice. Tho all ive heard are my SR80's with a HR Desktop....
