I think that all depends on what drivers are available for your sound card.

If you have native ASIO available, that should be easier to implement than KS, which does not always work well.

EDIT: Just clicked on the link to your gear.......so have you already tried running the ASIO driver for your Juli@ and feeding the Central Station via S/PDIF?

And to what "mods" might you be referring?

ASIO for this soundcard doesn't seem to be included with the beta drivers I'm using. I added the asio plugin to foobar but foobar reports "No ASIO drivers found." when I goto playback -> output -> asio vitrual devices -> add new.

I thought that you meant mods that primarily affected sound more than looks, sorry.......

Seriously, the first thing I would do is load the ESI driver set that includes the ASIO drivers.

KS and ASIO4ALL, ASIO2KS, etc. are, as far as I know, just ways to make devices with only WDM drivers work as if they have ASIO.
