The button to enter the code is a little bit hard to find. If I recall, it's at the top of your order summary, butted up against the left margin. It says something like "Enter Code Here!" Anyway, there is definitely an "!" in there, so you could run a ctrl+f to find the exclamation marks on the screen, and that should point you to it.
