I have been hosting the NYC Spring Meet in Bayside for 5 years running now.

If there is enough interest, I will pick a date in April, and we'll run with it.
It doesn't make sense to have a poll because there are always people who can and cannot make any specific date.

Should the tradition continue, or shall we let it pass?

Note - We usually have between 50-70 participants.

Also, the 4th of Apr is definitely out for me. All other Saturdays that month should be fine (for me).

Your welcome. My pleasure.

Easter is the weekend of April 12th, so I think that the 25th is better and will give members enough time to be informed of the event and make plans. Also, this will not interfere with anyone planning on attending the National in May.

If enough people say it's a good day, I will contact the Manager at the Adria and see if he has the Annex room available.

i think california and new york are sufficiently distant enough from each other as to not cause disruption to any planned meets.
