Nothing is really being held from the public. If you read the first post, it states clearly that the date is going to be either July 13th or 20th (both are Sat.)
 
As for the location, it still needs to be nailed down, but it's down to 2 or 3 places not far from the downtown LA, which was stated multiple times throughout the thread.
 
If you really want to know more detail such as the locations' address, you can go ahead and send third_eye a PM like many others have.

Hey guys, no big secret but I do need to finalize the message, set up Eventbrite, etc... I will do my best to get everything posted and the Official Thread started tomorrow. The date is July 20, from 10am-5pm.......mark your calendars!

Unfortunately July 20th is no good for me. I have to work that day, so I will have to miss this one. 
 
But if you really want a Realiser demo, I do plan on doing another San Diego meet later this year. Or I would be happy to set up a mini-meet just for Realiser demos before then. PM me if you're interested. I don't want to take this thread off course.

Its good to see this meet coming together, i hope there is some cool gear. The realiser would have been neat to check out but it doesn't seem like anything a video game with head tracking cant do so oh well.
