Depending on school/work/where I can stay I'm gonna give myself a tenative yes but only at around 60% at the moment, as more stuff develops Jon I'll check in again.

Looks like I should have a Sennheiser HE60, HEV70, and a Headamp Aristaeus to bring (I may trade my K1000s for an O2).
I'll definitely bring them to the UofC when I start this fall so if anyone in rez wants to try them they're welcome.

Hey hey, I'm all for this. Sept 19th from 2-6 sounds great. Only bad part is the public commute from Millwoods =P. I can lug over my stuff, but not my computer.

Just bring your music on some mass storage. I'll have my laptop.

We'll have plenty of music there, no doubt. What is your taste?

I live right by west ed. Anyone in need of a ride from the general area, let me know.

I've only ever used those names in sentences with "I wish I could afford." I can't wait to try them out.

Crap I am now tentative, seeing as I need to spend 2 weeks at Cold Lake Air Force Base for work. And it is not decided which weeks I will be going either

In honor of my new Audio-Gd Phoenix (which I traded my K1000s for) I would like to balance my W5000s and GS-1000s (maybe K701s depending on difficulty). Does anyone have any idea where I could get some XLRs (preferably 4-pin) in the Edmonton area? Maybe some decent cable as well but AFAIK I just balance the Grados just by reterminating them.

edit: I have sources the connectors locally

Sounds like a good time! I don't have much to offer lol, only HD 595's and my iGrados unless i get something in the near future... heh...
I can most likely make it unless I am away for a trip for work. (they don't tell me when till 2 weeks before at the earliest)

I'd come if I didn't have anything at all. To have the opportunity to listen to equipment that you'd not normally have the chance to hear is great. Especially in Edmonton where we don't have the retail support.

Indeed it's not all about having specific gear, it's about hanging out with like minded people.

I think my gear movement has calmed down somewhat
