Hey All

Just opened up my ibasso T1 and plugged it in, and the sound is really soft and weak from my e500s, even when I put the volume on max. I checked my source and its not the problem as it powers my e500s fine. When I turn the WSS switch on the sound cuts completely. Anyone know whats going on? Do I have to burn it in or something? When I plug it into the charger the green light is on which means it should have sufficient power right?

I have no experience with the ibasso but usually if you plug IEMs into an amp and can't destroy your eardrums at max volume then somethings wrong. Since the sound dies when you turn on cross-feed, the amp is most likely faulty.

Are your headphone and interconnect cables making a good connection to the amp? Have you fully charged the amp?

Green light on charger is on while charging... goes out when amp is fully charged.

Ah I figured it out
The power button is kinda shoddy and can get stuck on the half on position, resulting in a small amount of power being delivered to the amp.
