Does anybody know if Ibasso are still in business ? Their web site is still operational, but they're not answering emails. I emailed last week ( using their internal form ) looking for a PB2, and still no answer, I emailed this week for a battery replacement  for a DX100, again no answer.  Unless they're the type to answer a week later ???  But I read good things about their customer service also .Thanks

Chinese New Year might have something to do with it, most offices are down for a week. It'll be unfortunate if they closed, great products from what I hear

They`re back as of yesterday Feb-08, and answered everything. It was the New Year as mentionned above.
