I just did a search to make sure this portable amp wasn't brought up before, but it's only been mentioned twice in two different threads. I was browsing *a site* and came across this little amp and was wondering if anyone else has tried it before. Here's the information on the P1.

iBasso P1, a 4-channels Hi-Definition portable headphone amplifier. It has good build quality and provides wide soundstage and tighten bass.

It uses two OPA2134, and ten 750mA rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries. it's really powerful!!!

Specifications
-Power Source:Integrated 12V NiMH Battery (10 AAA batteries) or external power supply
-Frequency Response: 10Hz~100KHz +0/-0.5dB
-Signal to Noise Ratio:96dB
-Gain: 11dB
-Total Harmonic Distotion: 0.003%
-Output power:up to 350mW RMS into 32 ohm
-Battery Life: 20 Hours
-Case dimension: 26.8*66*83mm plus knob

Anyone notice the beefy interconnect that comes with this amp?

I noticed a well known HeadFier is bidding on one.
I also noticed the item is supposed to be located in Canada, but will be shipped from China.

Shipping to EU is $28, but shipping to Netherlands is specified "free"?
Looks good though.

With a 350 mW RMS on 32 ohms output (arguably on DC power) it is supposed to have some kind of current buffer at the OPAs' outputs. Interesting specifications indeed.

I just bought one a couple of days ago.

Nice!!
dual OP2134 huh? Is it set up with one OP amp buffering the other?

I kind of like the 2134, warm groovy, not the most detailed by a long shot but certainly not offensive too (IMHO).

10 AAA cells... thats a 12V P/S. AAAs are up to 1000 Mah, wonder of that 20 hour run time is with NIMHs or alkalines?

I'm sure it's 20 hours run time with the integrated 12NiMH battery that comes with the amp?

Post how it sounds. It comes in a nice box too, lol. My guess is that this is like, the top of the line portable from China?

Will do!

No it's not one OPA2134 buffering the other. Supposedly, one is the gain stage for the main channels, and another is for the 3rd and 4th channels (active ground and ?). Of which the first one, at least, must be buffered (transistors or chip buffer?) to achieve such output power.
