iBasso/MiniAudio REALLY need to improve your after-sales service!

I am a customer of DX100 in China mainland, feel like be ignored by the iBasso/MIniAudio since I buy their product.
The QQ group they build for the DX100 users now full of talk about politics, ******** of Buddha and even porn picture!
And if you ask any question about the product, or you rise some opinions, no one cares about it - even the work staff (which QQ is 2373379945) did not response!
Is that the way this company manager their user group!?  Sucks you!
 
Here is the printscreen of the QQ group. If you know any Chinese, you will see how suck all the upload and picture are.

From other posters responses, the customer service of iBasso isn't that bad. It's just the quality of the posters of that group and the ability of iBasso to monitor that group is really sux

Ignore that group and just post your opinions/issues here. Will probably have faster responses.
