Have you tried a factory reset? We have tried a number of times to replicate this but have been unable to using the current FW.

Please try the Batch tool to do a fresh install of the FW. It can be found on the 1st page of this thread and comes with instructions for use.

Actually Paul, when I first got my DX80 and upgraded to the latest FW I had the same problem with the custom EQ setting. After trying to reinstall the firmware from the unit itself I still had the problem so I left it alone. Fast forward a few weeks and after trying a few different FWs for curiosity sake, I used the batch tool to reload instead of the DX80 itself. I just tried the custom setting earlier today and much to my surprise it does not shut down after each song anymore. Odd but I will take it!

I still havent been able to find the song because i dont have the artist
But could it be Ibasso Dx80 comes installed with this song and album art
Could someone check if they have it, what the artist name is, or upload the album art?
 
I been checking and (null) is not the artist name

It is not pre-installed on the DX80, but applying some basic image manipulation skills and doing a reverse picture search, I was able to find the song for you: 時のまにまに III ~ ひこうき雲 ~ (izutsu kanae ・ toki no manima ni III) http://www.amazon.co.jp/

"Null" is what appears when the field for that tag is not filled.  
 
I have a lot of "Null" albums, titles and artists in my device from MP3s I ripped back in the late 90's/early 2000s before I started appreciating audiophile stuff.

Got my DX80 a week ago, and loving it so far! Updated to FW 1.3.3 and no problems so far, except for one.

Saw someone else mention hearing crackling a few pages back. Happens to me too, but from what I can tell, only when my phone is near the DX80. Sounds like some kinda static or interference from the phone.

Anyone else experienced this?

IMO backlight is too strong in a dark room (minimum settings)
