I have this since the last two firmwares, i made a factory reset a couple of times already. Battery is fully charged on one day and empty on the other.

I tested this for you like the member last page. Everything working fine here.

I agree. It took 50 min to scan 8600 songs in AAC 320kbps from a class 10 samsung 128GB micro sd. (FW 1.3.3)

Ok, I see it. The problem is that half of the times the right>left swipe gesture is used on a list it is interpreted as a scroll and nothing happens.

The swipe gesture has to be a perfect line, else it might be recognised as scrolling or select the song/artist/whatever. You should get used to it over time, at least I did.

Best way to do it is swipe directly across any artist name right to left. Long as its smooth it works quite well.

An arrow, on the top, going both ways, not just to the left, would solve this.

The swipe motion is ok though considering there's room on the right-hand side a home button would be worth considering.
 
Being a user/owner of DX50/DX90 which has this layout I'm always looking for it on DX80.

Back in December, in response to a number of posts, you said you would speak to the team re increasing font size on the music information screen. (Some of us find it illegible and there is plenty of screen real estate). Hasn't happened in recent FW upgrades - is it possible?
