My question is simple:
 
Is there a way to paired a M2tech hiFace with a iBasso DX50 (DAC mode)?

No, DX50 cannot do this because DX50 cannot send a data signal out via its USB only via coax (only accept a data signal via USB). If you want to get your usb DAC going portable you'd be better of trying with Android phone and one of the USB audio out apps.
