I think it is about checking what is possible, especially if you are new in the portable high end market. In the last two years I bought and sold so many DAPs, and in the end I decided that I can live with less and just grabbed a second hand DX200 with AMP9 (arriving hopefully today). Especially if you are not one of the lucky few that can just go into a shop and checks anything on the market.

这边没拍照，和他们聊了聊，从一个朋友那听到这家也在做移动台机，问了下具体情况：型号暂定为W1（Windows1？），价格1w出头，应该一万二三的样子，看了下工程机的图，大约A5纸再小一点点，厚度大概七厘米左右的样子？声音已经基本调好，满血8通道版双4499，标配两块可以单独充电的1w9的笔记本电池，使用正版专业win系统，音频算法本身会比安卓更好，触摸屏，目前看应该是类似初代iPad的面板，黑边比较宽，但是厂家说正式版的黑边应该会控制到目前iPad Pro这样，我觉得就合适了，再窄其实就不方便操作了。SD卡槽有三个，1高速2普通卡槽，每个支持到512G，两个USB口可以接移动硬盘。年底应该会在广州搞一个发布会，期待一下

In my own opinion and experiences, the N8 is good, but it is about the same tier as DX220 Amp8 with different sound signatures. The DX220Max is to push forward Ibasso as a brand into a new market segment that adore transportable devices, the like of DMP-Z1, Kane Cube...etc...
