And I doubt they have the power and as a combined chip, most likely not the quality of sound. And I see that the DX170 is using two dac chips and some nice digital handling.
The r5 gen 2 and m3x both have dual days as well. Hiby seems to hit above its price point. Them and ifi both. The dx300 was good, but the ifi idsd signature blew it away.

I can't find any reference to the new model anywhere on https://ibasso.com/ .
I also don't see any reference to the DX170 on that site at the moment. But here is the iBasso China product page for the DX170: https://ibasso.cn/product/dx170

Recently I've been considering getting (as my first DAP) the Fiio M11 Plus or the Hiby R5 Gen 2, but the iBasso DX170 looks very compelling! Looking forward to seeing more information and comparison reviews in the near future.

Output power? The main thing i look for these days

How much power?
Usually when they don't show the power it means it's not much. I hope I'm wrong though.

I've been looking for something that sounds better than the signature. It's hard to beat. Gets boring because it doesn't have analog though.

In your opinion.
In my opinion it was better? What do you call superior clarity, imaging and soundstage but better? The ifi micro idsd Signature is objectively superior to the dx300 as far as SQ goes. That's not even a controversial statement. Doesn't mean the dx300 isn't a good device. It is and it's more convenient than having a dac that you strap to your phone, but as far as SQ, Ifi for the win. As for hiby, the r3 pro Saber hits above its weight too. Comparing btr5, qudelix 5k, and ifi go blu, the go blu wins. But comparing go blu to r3 pro, the r3 pro has better sq. Since it's $200, I would say that's an excellent value proposition... in my opinion.

I should say usually when they don't show power in mw or watts it usually means it's low.
I haven't seen iBasso put outa dap with low power. My Sony WM1Z has low power. But I admit, it still sounds very good!

My only gripe is the battery capacity. Sigh why did we still have to stick with 3200 mah.
I don't know how efficient will a 22 nm node SoC be?
