I can't imagine what may affect WiFi in my add-on. My DX150 still connects to 5GHz just fine. I'd suggest to install WiFi Analyzer from Play Store to see networks and channels available.

Install WiFi Analyer it does show my 5GHz network with good signal strength I just stuck on authenticating or obtaining IP address.

Works fine on 2.4GHz network on 8.1

So I went back to 6.0 Lurker everything back to normal 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks is working.

Thanks
My dx150 is Back to Android 6.0.1 and under pure Mango:ksc75smile:

I was considering upgrading my DX150 to 8.1 , but see a few reverting back which makes me kinda nervous. Anyone here who can say that it’s been a good experience ? , seems to a few that don’t feel it’s that good... appreciate any views....

my way of calibrating the battery is very old school - i simply drain the battery flat then charge it back again.

What do you mean by smoother? Because i'm loving Oreo (with or without Lurker's add-on).
i mean the 8.1 update make my devices verry sluggish though and also i dont know if there is a problem in my device but the wifi connection isnt stable at all
