Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum. I've had this iBasso DC03 for several years, was using it without issue with my Pixel 6 Pro. I just got the new Pixel 8 Pro and I get no audio to my headphones with the DC03. Anyone else having any issues? Any fixes? I had Google on the phone and they told me to contact iBasso, which I have done with no reply. I have no other audio issues with the P8P. I read somewhere that the P8P was not supporting hi-rez out of the box, I don't know if that is still the case. Thanks.

Is the DC03 updated to the latest firmware?
Me I would just get a newer DC05 or DC06, that's what I would try.

Thanks. I just don't know if the P8P supports any hi-rez adapter at this point.

Hi-rez seems like a generic term, so guessing not a relevant "fact" for the situation.
Also both Pixel phones run on the Android operating system.
And the Pixel 8 Pro should have the same driver(s) for connecting to devices, that connected to the phone's USB C port.
So just about anything that works with the P6P, should also work with the P8P.
The latest firmware software for the IBasso DC03 is March 2202.

Connect the DC03 to a computer and try updating the firmware.

Thanks. I see the download firmware file, not sure how to connect the DC03 to my computer. I have it plugged in but it's not showing up as a connected device.Hi-rez seems like a generic term, so guessing not a relevant "fact" for the situation.

In the link there is also Windows drivers, dated July 2023, try installing those.Thanks. I see the download firmware file, not sure how to connect the DC03 to my computer. I have it plugged in but it's not showing up as a connected device.
There is also the IBasso UAC app, it would not fix any issues, but it would let you know if the app can communicate with the IBasso, while the IBasso is connected to the PC.
