I currently got iaudio 30gb x5 l,when I turn the volume to over 30 i hear zik zik noise?is this normal?

Well... it depends...
I use KSC75 at 25 volume, max ! Usually, at 22.
With my dt990 without amp, I need a good 32-33 to hear it clearer than external noise, with some Expanding Records' electronica (rather soft electro).

If you use the stock earbuds at this volume, I don't think it's normal !...
or the music you're listenning has a very low recording volume !

i try 2 different headphone little bit clear max volume 33 no zik zik sound.but when i put 35 i hear those sound.is this internal problem?
