Are you looking for a USB DAC or a USB DAC with a built in headphone amplifier?

For a bit more $ you can get the Yulong U100. It's the best DAC/AMP combo in this price range.
 
Wich headphones do you own? (some needs very powerful amps-the U100 has enough power for all common headphones)

For a bit more you can get Audio gd NFB-15.32, which can drive anything but Hifiman HE-6

The Yulong U100 is too dark and pale.
 
 
The Hifimediy Sabre is sterile and not much better than the Clip+
 
 
The Breeze Audio CM6631 CS4398 is fresher sounding and more solid.
