Oh, I am leaning toward the 225's 'cause I am cheap.

If you like more detail and a brighter sound go sr-325 , but if you want a less bright sound ( although still bright ) and a little less detail (although still very detailed) go sr-225. Also if you plan on using them for more then rock go sr-225.

Definately get the SR 225s for rock.

225s have been selling on ebay recently for around 100 dollars less than 325s. I just sold my 325s for 233 dollars. They are out standing for rock, but i would go with the 225s used--a great value.
