Hi  I'm fairly new to this community so please excuse my ignorance -_-
 
I just bought the Gustard h10 from massdrop and connected to may SMSL m8 dac and got everything set up through the manual.
Here where I "think" I got a problem :
 
I'm using the Sennehiser HD558 and there's no sound when the gain is switched off!!
I have to turn on the gain switch!!

You're referring the to the dip switches on the back right?

it is all solved now, 
the reason for it was because it didn't get enough voltage. (which is really really weird)
I opened it saw it was 220v while I was connecting to 110v. I'm so lucky it wasn't the other way around *sigh*.
