Yes, that's 'too big', not 'too small'. I've replaced the elastic straps with the thickest, strongest hair elastics I could fit in there, and they still seem really loose on my ears. I think it's because my head + hair is so wide that the headband just rests on my head and I don't get the benefit of the tension in the elastic.

Juts venting, I'm not selling them
