Yup. I sold my DAC and my beloved 2500s just so I could catch that interesting looking Open Darth Larry has/had on his headphone deals.

I had a V1 Open and now will have a V3 to compare to my memory. Just a few days to wait I hope.

Now I just need to scape a Zhalou up next week and I'll be in business!

I sold my MD10 dac with the intention of getting a tube dac like the 60 and then I saw those damn Open Darths. sigh.

No idea about the Central station will sound like but I will bet you will hear exactly what it sounds like with the 2500s lol.

who likes to keep the volume down a bit.

lol they do look like ahems! that makes it even better!! the cool thing is that the covers have a magnetic attachment instead of the old gummy stuff he used on the V1s.

They didn't sell b/c they were meant to be MINE!! That and they were damn near $700 which they are worth to me but that's still some coin. Now I have to start saving up again for a Dac lol.
