I'm thinking about getting a 6gb H10 soon and am curious if it has drag and drop capability or must I use windows media 10. Also if someone could steer me to some other e-tailers beside Amazon I would appreciate it.

You can use drag & drop, but the navigation in that mode is incredibly slow. You are better off using MTP.
