I need to find an mp3 player, with no mic, no FM radio, no wireless, plays flac, large storage

a Rockboxed iPod Classic. the 5th Gen 80GB and below version.

An MP3 player does not play FLAC.

I don't really want to get an iPod unless I have to, any other suggestions?

I'd say max is probably $300, I'm really just trying to find a good list, and that link is pretty good I must say.

Just get a 4th or 5th gen iPod and put Rockbox on it. They're cheap, easy to work on and fix if they break, and fairly abundant on ebay. Also, with Rockbox, you can just drag and drop your music onto it (like a regular USB mass storage device) and you may never have to use iTunes with it. I got a 60GB iPod Photo off ebay for a little over $30. All it needed to fix it was a couple good smacks (hard drive was stuck), and it's been almost flawless since then.

What's with the FM radio? Don't turn it on if you don't like it. Models without FM radio are mostly inferior (except if you go for the dedicated HI-FI players, but they are mostly bad designs... may sound great though). SONY X
