Hello, I am looking for a closed back and over ear headphone.  I will be using my iPhone 4s, iPhone 6 and Laptop to drive these cans.  My budget is $300 and under.  I really need your help because $300 is a lot of money for me and I want the absolute best for my money!   I do not care about portability or anything like that but I will be using these all the time but I will be very gentle with them.  Thanks in advance!

In order to proved useful advice, we need to know:
 
Are you OK with open cans (they leak sound and don't isolate well)?
 
Describe the sound signature that you are seeking.
 
If you don't know your preferred sound signature (and even if you do), what genres of music do you plan to run through these cans?

Just took a passing glance at your posting history, but if you're into rap/EDM and want a closed back can in that price range, the ATH-A900X fits your bill and should leave you with some extra money since they've been priced well under $300 for a while now. They were one of my first headphones and some people find them a little too laid back, but if you want something fairly bass heavy and comfortable, the A900X is a great headphone.
