I would say that from:

There is a definite stress fracture in the plastic.  The large dark cut outs on the underside are probably intentional especially if they appear very symmetrical.

well... these are cracks very similar of those found on the SRH840 and SRH940. had first hand experience with them.
if you see this thread and this thread you can see that it is actually common on shure headphones for the headband to crack in that fashion. the only remedy i know of is to superglue it before it extends further. shure would cost you about $50 or so to repair the headband and it would take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to get it back...

so in conclusion, im sorry about your misfortune with your headphones...

(and superglue it fast, and do ask them if they provide warranty first)

tnx for the fast reply guys,

so should i try to go and talk with my dealer?
or this kind of things aint part of the warrenty?

i wana know if theres some hope to get new ones before i superglue it.. and then can use it as warrenty expired reason.
maybe send an email to SHURE customer service?

well no harm asking them i guess. if they decline warranty i guess your options are to superglue it, then if it fails completely, send it to repair or replace your headphone (aka purchase a headphone, same or different), whichever is better by your point of view and current situation.

so i got answer from shure customer service, and this is what they said:
Dear customer,

I'm sorry that you have troubles with your ear-/ headphones.

You have two options:

1. Warranty by law
Please contact your dealer. Your shop / dealer will service or replace your earphones. Online dealer will also refund your shipping costs. This option takes usually one or two days longer as 2 and provides you all legal rights according to EU legislation.

2. Shure warranty
If you want to go this route, please contact your local Shure Service center.
Address you may find here:
