Hello fellow headfier's,
 
I am in search for a pair of IEM's for this upcoming holiday season. Here is my overall criteria.
 
-No more than $100
-Pretty good comfort
-Not super ugly (not a big deal)
-Punchy bass that leaves a good impact without me feeling wanting much more
-Overall clarity
-My target sound signature is one with an even spectrum 
-I listen to mostly classic rock, alternative, and dubstep
-I would rather have more clarity than bass
-I enjoy the v-moda m100 sound. If that is possible in an iem it would be ideal

Probably what you need is a Vsonic GR02 Bass Edition. It can be found for 36 US Dollars in Amazon.

I've looked at those before but feel they don't have the overall quality I'm looking for. 
I think I like the hifiman RE-400

They won't have the "punchy" bass you seem to be looking for. It's there, but I have a feeling that you'll feel it to be a bit underwhelming. Maybe a uses Monster Turbine is in order?

I feel like bass isn't a huge priority for me. It just has to be present where i don't feel like i'm missing a part of the song in the low end. Overall, a sound which has a lot of clarity, yet some warmth is my perfect IEM.
