Does anyone know a good tech who can re-terminate headphone cables?  For example change an Audeze headphone connector to a Sennheiser headphone connector, or swap out a TRS 1/4" plug with four cables to a balanced 4pin XLR?

I think a lot of custom cable companies will do this for you if you contact them directly.

Personally have dealt successfully with Triton Audio Cables, which is user alpha421 here on head-fi I believe he also does reterminations and has good prices. Also on head-fi is Peterek, who runs a shop through Etsy, who also does recabling and customizations- I haven't ordered anything of his cables yet, but he is very helpful and his work has good rep.
