Recenly I bough a new chair, I'm not sure bout details by it keeps supercharging me, statically. I keep electrocuting people at first touch. Which is rather fun
 
The problem is I'm also electrocuting my ksc75's, a occasionally spark from my ear jumps to the metal part. Even when I wear them unplugged I can hear a sound from driver every time a spark jumps. Is this damaging to my ksc75 or my PC? can static is powerfull enough to hurt it?

dunno, but if it hasn't hurt them yet I expect it will not.
 
Have you considered either grounding the chair or using an anti-static wrist strap (like used for computer repair)?
