expect to have sore ears until your ear cartilage burns in, oh and leave the headphones to burn in too, I can't say its 100% definite but mine seemed to get a little smoother after about a week non stop running but i'm not sure if its because i used them for 2 days then left them to burn in for a week I dunno if I just forgot how nice they sounded though.

What to expect? as with most new Grados, prepare yourself for some rather sore adjustment until your ear gets along with the bowls. The first 48 hours of continous listening will be slightly harsh but they will start to grow into you after that. And then Grado addiction begins.......
