do i need a PREMIUM 3.5mm HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER AMP INTERCONNECT - S2 seen these on ebay for $30 are they a $30 BETTER

well does ur amp come with the mini to mini cable? i would imagine no but ask MisterX if you dont know.

You can make a very high quality interconnect for ~$8...
Buy 2 neutrik 1/8" plugs and 2 feet of Nucleotide wire. Making your own cable is satisfying and more economical. That and it'll sound better because you made it

At home where storage is cheap, rip to FLAC and use 0 rate. It will be a few % bigger but less processor load on playback. Flac because it's great at tagging or I would say just use wav as I can still here FLAC processing on playback. Please, don't complain. I know it's bit correct but I'm talking highend home audio and not this stuff. Also use an offset corrected ripper like EAC or DBpoweramp. For limited portable storage 320 FBR connects the dots pretty well.
