I have sent my CDP to the official repair shop and they are not responding - what should I do?

I have sent my Capitole 24/192 to Sedonix - the official Audio Aero service shop in Northern US continent - last October or so, but since last December, they stopped responding my email. I had tried to call them, and left a voice mail, but never get the call back. Do you know what happened to them or any actions what I should take?
