Yeah it's over. Just somebody got into accident at somebody else's house. Question was the owner of the house liable/responsible. Nothing big.

Sheesh. I hope they weren't friends, family or anything.

Well, if I slip and hurt myself at a Head-fi meet, I wont be suing anyone. Well, unless someone did it on purpose, then I'll just come kick your ass. But then I guess it wouldn't be an accident then.
