so I was coming back from class on the bus today...had my year old e2cs in when all of a sudden I turned my head and they cut out. the connection where the left and right wires meet in the little plastic thing has a short. (not a big deal) but I CAN'T find my warranty!!! anyone have an idea what/how to go about saving them?

anyone know how shure's customer service is?

There's a date code stamped on the headphone jack. If your E2s were manufactured less than 2 years ago, Shure will honor the 2 year warranty without a receipt. There is additional information on the Shure web site.
