I have the beyer dt 990 (600ohm) with this amplifier. In less than a year of use, the right side of the handset stopped ringing or sounds very low, before those were distorting the headphones.
I have taken it to the store where I bought it, and the one in the store the first thing that it has said to me that almost certainly it is for problems of distortion, caused by the amplifier.
Is it possible that the culprit is the amplifier?

(Today the store will perform RMA with beyerdynamic)
I need help, in case I do not have problems with the guarantee, it will not happen again.

Possible but a lot less likely than the cables or wiring. If they didn't even take it apart to make sure, they're just trying to pass the buck.
