I got the large bag for my ATH-A900's. The fit is perfect and the bag is very well made.

The supplied CD3000 case is way too big. Can't imagine having to carry that one around.

I'm planning to buy CD3Ks but I don't want the box to be too big so that it won't get stopped here in Costa Rica's customs

The 'CD3000' box is HUGE.. It measures at least 12"x6"x8" (LxWxH).. It is big enough to fit the HUMUNGOUS CD3000 like a little baby in a mother's womb.. It is that BIG..

Holy... I got my CD3Ks today...

They sound GREAT.

But the case is HUMONGOUS!!!!

It truly is incredibly large. It's thicker than one of those carry on luggage bags with wheels...

I'm seriously thinking about leaving it behind when I go back to college.... But how would I protect it on the plane rides?

Any advise? Thanks.

I had the same problem, but I wasn't bringing that much stuff with me so I could fit the case in one of my bags. The way home though, I couldn't take it with me.
