Are you serious? That really sucks. When I joined headfi, I didn't get any REAL expensive cans for about 5-6 months after joining, sure I went through an SR60, XD400, but the first really expensive purchase was an A900 (ok, there was the e4c, but I quickly sold those off), followed by an A900LTD, then a PA2V2, now an HD650, and a pre-ordered corda headfive.

Hey Benny, if that was indeed a rip off, I hope at least you get your money back! I was burned a few times on eBay in its early days and only recently have I started using it again.

Maybe if every head-fier got together and sent you a buck... hmmm.
