Hello everyone

I become an audipohile in 2010 and i easy ear differences between mp3 320 and flac. I have an hi fi setup with speaker,ampli and dac im not a noob. Five years ago i've bought the Sansa Clip+ and for me this player as an excellent quality audio only for 50 and these year the world of portable player as changed by astell & kern, Fiio, Ibasso, Colorfly and i buy a Fiio X5 that have better build quality, better screen, better internal amp, better amp and better storage but when i compared them with a-b test with my Momentum and flac songs the sound identical to me :mad:

Based on my experience and imho, you need an analytical iem or headphone to hear the differences. Fun sounding iem / headphone tend to flatten the details, separation etc etc.

It's not that strange, as the Sansa is really a great audiophile player and audiophile players (as in AK etc) are very very overrated. They are sometimes worse than a cheap player.
