I also bought a creative sound blaster Z with them. Is the next step getting a good AMP ? Im looking for something to hook up to my gaming systems (ps4) probably through optical cables.

Good Amp and DAC. There are some great choices out there. Do you need something battery operated and semi-portable? Or something that plugs in the wall is OK? Tube or solid state preference? 
 
There's some great little $150 to $200 DAC/Tube amp combos about that are pretty neat, and the FiiO E17 at around $120 to $150 DAC/Amp combo is a nice portable solution.
 
Not sure what does / doesn't work with your PS tho.
